Disclosures
What bluebell is, what it is not, and the risks of acting on anything published here.
This is a working draft written to complete the site shell. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and must not go live as-is.
This is not investment advice
bluebell publishes market research and trading signals for information and education only. Nothing on this site is a personal recommendation, an offer, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument.
We do not know your financial circumstances, your objectives, your tax position, or your tolerance for loss. We cannot, and do not, take them into account. Any decision you make after reading this site is your own decision, taken on your own responsibility.
bluebell is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or portfolio manager. We do not manage client money, we do not hold client assets, and we do not execute trades on anyone’s behalf.
Trading involves substantial risk
You can lose money trading. You can lose all of it. Leveraged instruments, including CFDs, futures and margined foreign exchange, can produce losses exceeding your initial deposit.
Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. If you are unsure whether a strategy is suitable for you, seek advice from an independent, appropriately licensed professional.
How to read our performance figures
Past performance does not predict future results. A strategy that worked in one market regime can fail in the next, and every published record is a record of conditions that have already happened.
Every performance figure on this site carries:
- an as-of date, so you know the window it covers;
- a clear label distinguishing live results from backtested or simulated results;
- a link to our methodology, which states how the figure was computed, including the treatment of fees, slippage and signal horizons.
Backtested results are hypothetical. They carry the benefit of hindsight, do not represent capital actually at risk, and routinely overstate what the same rules would have achieved live.
How we publish signals
We publish signals before their outcome is known, with a stated horizon and a resolution date. When a signal resolves, its outcome is attached to the original record. We do not delete signals that went against us, and we do not edit a signal after publication.
A published signal is a description of what our strategies indicated at a point in time. It is not a prediction, a guarantee, or an instruction to you.
Conflicts of interest
bluebell trades its own capital using the same strategies it publishes. We may hold, acquire or dispose of positions in any instrument discussed on this site, including positions taken before a signal is published to subscribers.
We consider this alignment a feature rather than a conflict to be hidden, but you should read everything here knowing that we have our own money at stake.
Data and availability
Market data, news and sentiment shown on this site come from third-party providers. We do not warrant that any of it is accurate, complete or current. Figures may be delayed, and demonstration content may be a captured snapshot rather than live data. Where that is the case, it is labelled with its as-of date.
We do not guarantee that the site, or any alert, will be available, timely or delivered without interruption.
Jurisdiction
This site is published from Canada. It is not directed at any person in any jurisdiction where such publication would be contrary to local law. If local law restricts your access to this kind of material, it is your responsibility not to rely on it.
