The terms on which you may use bluebelltrade.com.

This is a working draft written to complete the site shell. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and must not go live as-is. Subscription, billing and refund terms are not yet written and are required before anything is sold.

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What we provide

bluebell provides market research and trading signals for information only. We do not provide investment advice, and we do not manage money or execute trades. See the disclosures for the full position on risk, conflicts of interest and how to read our performance figures.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site or any strategy we publish, at any time, without notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • redistribute, resell, republish or sublicense our research or signals, whether or not for profit;
  • scrape, crawl or bulk-extract content from the site by automated means beyond ordinary search-engine indexing;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or any related system;
  • use the site in a way that interferes with its operation or with anyone else’s use of it.

Intellectual property

The content, branding, design and underlying software of this site belong to bluebell and its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to you. You may read, share links to, and take personal-use copies of published material; you may not present it as your own or as the output of another service.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is”. We make no warranty that it will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted or free of error, and we disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, bluebell is not liable for any trading loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or your reliance on anything published on it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published here is the one in force, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it, and the courts of that province have exclusive jurisdiction.
