What we collect, why we collect it, and what we do not collect.
This is a working draft written to complete the site shell. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and must not go live as-is. It describes the site as currently built; it must be revised before any analytics, email capture or accounts are added.
What this site collects today
This site is a static, public marketing site. It has no accounts, no login and no session cookies. As currently built it does not collect personal information from visitors, and it does not track you across other sites.
Our hosting provider processes standard server request data, such as IP address, user agent and requested URL, in order to serve pages and to protect the service from abuse.
If you give us your email address
If you sign up for early access or updates, we store the address you give us and use it only to contact you about bluebell. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers. Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe, and you may ask us to delete your address at any time.
Cookies
The site stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser so it survives a reload. That preference stays on your device and is never sent to us. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
Third parties
Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives a request from your browser in order to deliver them. Market data shown in demonstrations is captured in advance and served from our own site, so viewing it does not send a request to any data provider.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Contact us and we will act on any such request as required by applicable law.
Changes
We will update this page when the site changes in a way that affects what we collect — in particular when accounts, analytics or email capture are added.
